MARTIAL LAW IN FORCE. Vienna, July 17. Martial law ia in force, in Serbia. There are daily demonstrations in Belgrade, protesting against, tho wholesale arrests of Socialists in Bosnia, There the Provincial authorities are flouting the Belgrade Government. EXPELS EXTREMISTS. Sydney, July IR. The Labour Party has expelled Mr. "Willis, secretin-,- of tin- Minor.-' Ifeiicrntion, for assisting the extremists in an agitation for the formation ci a new parly.—Press Assn. (Kec.
