SOLDIER'S WIFE APPEALS TO THE PRINCE. (Roc. July 20, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 18. A young woman approached the Prince of Wales after tlai inspection of the American troops in Hyde Park, and pleaded for intervention in accelerating the grant to her husband of a soldier's pension.
