Mr. Arthur Berriedale Keith, formerly' of the Colonial Office, raises the question whether tho Peace Conference's reception of the international status of the Dominions will not require it to be made clear that the favoured nation clause dous not interfere with inter-Imperial preference, otherwise 'oreijfn mtions may claim advantages from the international status conceded to the Dominions.—Ans.N.Z.
