WITH RETURNED KRAFT ON . BOARD. 1 The Marania, which berthed in the port of Wellington , about 1.30 p.m. on Saturday, brought back to Now Zealand some 700 officers and men of the Expeditionary Force. During Hie war the-vessel saw a ;. r ood clent-of tervici! as a hospital ship, but on this occasion she viis employed, in tlio main, as an ordinary transport. Among the draft aboard, howover, wero ' e-bout 160 nen who had been badly wounded, and as the troops came ashore quite a number who had lost limbs were-to bo seen. As soon as the ship berthed Generals Robin and Richardson visited her. The Mayoress's Committee and the Y.M.C.A. officials provided the troops with the usual litllo comforts. Though tho motor-cars ■of the city .had been much in demand for the peace celebrations, the number of cars requisite to convey the soldiers to their destination was available, and no time wsis lost in removing all who landed. Captain Frictor, as usual, supervised the disembarkation.
