APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL. The proposal for the appointment of a principal to the college was discussed by Hie "Victoria College Council last i.Hit. He pointed to the fact that Scottish and Welsh universities, as well as universities in the United States and Canada, all had principals, who acted as chief executive officers for I heir colleges.
