Mr. Winston Churchill delivered an important speech at a dinner attended by a hundred members of the House of Commons belonging to the .Centre Party, which is replacing the coalition of Lib'fii'iils and Unionists. ' It is expected that the new'party will handle the amalgamated rmrties' funds, and follow Mr. l.lovd George's leadership. Mr. Churchill insisted upon the necessity' of pre-spi-vinu the Coalition in order to light Bolshevism. Ho revealed the fact that Mr. Llovd George proposed a coalition in 1010. when the country was on the brink of civil war.
