e TelPKraDh.-PrPB« Association Foxton. July IG. The anniversary Eeciuiem Mass for the Into Father Dore, parish priest of Foxton, was held at St. Mary's Church today. Amongst tho clergy present wero Fathers Jl'Jlamis (Palmerston North), Borgin iFcilding), Bowe (Dannevirke), Doolmrhtv (Opunake'i, Kelly (New Plymouth), 'Cnsluuiin (Marton), Jlorjarly (Patea), Harvett and Kennedy (Palmerston North), and Forrestal (Foxton). Father M'Jlanus preached the Occasional Sermon in tho course of which he particularly dealt with Father Dores unselfish devotion to duty, not oldy in the parishes where he had worked, but particularly amongst tho boys on ballilioli where, in tho exercise of his duty, ho received the wound which finally led to his death. Ho also re erred to tho unfailing patience with which he altered tho keenest agong, ofttimes up to death, without a trace of Whc"£fand never a murmur of complaint. Ihe peoplo of New Zealand needed «° \ MW - Sof Father Dore: His namo was a Household word a«»"P' the boys who so bravely fought on Ga lipoli, and for whose sake he gave his i young life. _____________
