DEATH OF CAPTAIN DUVAL. ' t)y Telegraph-Press Association. 1 Auckland, July 15. The inquest concerning the,death of Captain A. Duval, of tho Army Ordnance Department, who was found dead in the laboratory at Mount Eden ammunition works on July 3, was concluded to-day. The Coroner returned a Verdict that death was the result of. a gunshot wound, apparently self-inflicted while in a state of nervous depression. DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC, By Telegraph—Press. Aesnciation Auckland, July 15. Injuries which terminated fatally in an unusual manner were sustained by Charles Marsh, an elderly employee of J. J. Craig, Ltd., in the course of his duties at the stables this morning. He had his left hand badly lacerated through being caught infli revolving plane, which lie was using to cut olt somo lengths of wood. He was immediately taken to the Hospital, where it was decided to place him under ah anaesthetic and have the wound stitched. While this was being administered and expired.
