Admiral von Schecr, who was ill comthe German forces at the Battle Jutland, interviewed regarding lord Jellicoe's book, claimed that the Germans wined a victory at Jutland, which the Germans intended should be decisive. Lord Jellicoe made a mistake by acting strategically, when he should have acted tactically.
