On Saturday, July 19, the Postal Department will be closed in all its branches. Mails for dispatch by steamers will close at 8 a.m. on that day, and the only dispatches of correspondence by traiiiß will closo as follows:—For Wairarapa, Hawko's Bay, Manawatu, Rangitikei, Wanganui.
