4 FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong westerly winds, backing to south-westerly shortly. Weather changeable and squally, with hea,vy showers, particularly in districts with a westerly aspect. ' Oolder conditions following. Ba rometer unsteady, but rising soon in the south.
