THANKSGIVING

9 A CHILDREN'S SERVICE. Recognising that tho children should havo a. part in the religious gatherings held in connection with (he .Peace celebrations, the Boy Scouts of Wellington have arranged for a. children's thanksgiving service. It will be held in the Town Hall to-morrow (Sunday) afternoon at: H o'clock, and promises to be one of the most interesting meetings during tho celebrations. The Rev. S. Robertson Orr will preside at the service, and addresses will be given by Scoutmaster G. W. Dent mid Rev. A. E. Hunt. Mr. Robert Parker will bo at tho organ. Members of city choirs aro invited lo take seals round the organ, and assist with tho singing of the hymns. i

The lxxly of the Town Hall will bo reserved for Boy Scouts and school children, accompanied by their toichers. Grown-ups will bo accommodated in the gallery. The Scouts will assemble at their various headquarters and march to the corner of Cuba and Manners Streets, where they are timed to arrive at halfpast 2. They will then nil join up and march to tho Town Hall.
