The "Manchester Guardian" says:— "There are signs in familiar channels that the trial of the ex-Kaiser may be dropped. The Paris newspapers "suggest that Britain alono is demanding" his extradition on behalf of the Allies. Berlin messagles state that .Prince Henry of Prussia has telegraphed .to King George denying his' brother's responsibility for beginning the war, and appealing io King George ''in the name of justice" not to proceed with .the extradition.
