» THE MARCONI LAWSUIT. ■ London, July 8. At to-day's hearing of the Marconi lawsuit a post office official stated that a reduction in tho cnbJo rates to Australia from 3s. to 2s. Gel. had already been arranged, but its application was delayed pendiug normal conditions.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [Tho Marconi Company is claiming in tho King's Bench Division JJ7182 from tho British Government for breach- of contract in connection with tho Imperial wireless chain. Tho contract was made in July, 1013, and'was for tho erection of a chain of high-power wireless tolegraph stations as recommended by tho Imperial Conference of 1911.]
