Present indications arc lor norUicly winds, strons to Efllc, northward of Kawhiai-and East Cape, and freshening elsewhere, Expect fair and milder weather, but with haze and cloudinoSß increasing generally, and rain probable soon in the northernmost districts. The barometer has a fallinc tendency. The anti-cyclone which has ruled during; the past few days is now centred over the Dominion. Easterly to northerly breezes havo prevailed, and have- freshened to the far north. The weather has been fair generally, although misty at times in various parts. * B. V. PEMBERTON.
