Bright's Estate, to offer for sale/ -by Public Auction, at Bright's Theatre, Otaki, as above— 20 TOWN SECTIONS, consisting of 17 Vacant Sections and 3 f ~ House Properties. The vacant sections range in area from approximately { aero to H acres, and the House Properties from approximately 3 acre to 1 acre. The House Properties are at present occupied by Mrs. F. Bright.
