Back Pay. The increase in substantive pay will be antedated to February I for nil men still lerviiig in the Navy on May 1 and not-dispersed before Hint dale; the other chouses will take elfeet as from May 1. The main changes are: Allowance for good conduct badges raised from Ii to 3d. a day. -Basic rate or pensions fixed /it IJd. inslead of i<l. a day for each year of service. Avernee pension will rise from XlOl now to'about ,£7B a year.
