FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for a continuance of fair weather generally, but changeablo conditions are likely in tho extremo north and south. Expect light and variable winds, with southerlics and westerlies predominating, and little change in atmospheric pressure. An anti-cyclone hae enveloped tho Dominion, and fair weather has prevailed, except at a few places in the West Coast nnd southernmost districts. War l'unds Office. What they are not allowed to do is to tiso moneys for the building of memorials, when these moneys have been collected for returned soldiers or fc-r somo other war purposo.
