Under the special authority given by Ordcr-in-Council the two divisions of the Appeal Court will sit on Thursday next to consider the very important question arising out of the decision of the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) in Co case of Ihe'man James Jackson, who is alleged to have contracted a bigamous marriage within the Dominion.
