During the debate on the no-confidence motion, Mr. Considiue created a sensa,tion by declaring that the country was being run by a gang of murdering thieves. Mr. Mahouy interjected that thousands of women and children were starving. Both members declined to withdraw and were suspended.—Press Assn.
