Negotiations between the flaxrnillors and the flaxmill employees are apparently nearing satisfactory conclusion. Should the necessity fora revision of th& wage rates, arise, a month's notice to bo given on either side, an da conference to bo called immediately." The president and secretary of . tlii. Flasirorkere' Union agreed to recommend members to commence work forthwith on these terms. Both sides will consider the recommendation immediately.
