GERMANS ORDERED OUT OF LIBAU 8y Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. July 2, 8 p.m.) Copenhagen, June 27. By order of General Gough the German troops have left Libnu, and the Ministry that was formerly in power has been reinstated. The 10-al authorities have •arranged for a solemn cereinouy of razing the monument of William 11. that was erected in 1915, on the occasion of the capture of Libau by the Germans. The proceedings were marked by a. great demonstration of joy. The members of the Allied Missions' were wildly cheered by the demonstrators.—Keuter. ' UKRAINIANsIIAI CAPTURES (Rec. July 2, 8 p.m.) .
