COLD AND BOISTEROUS
The weather in Wellington yesterday was fine and mild, but the air became very raw in the late afteruoon and evenins. Present indications are for high southerly winds and cc'.d and boisterous weather, with the probability of a general rainfall and snow in many parts of Ui« South Islav'
