QUESTION OF CHURCH UNION

Out of seventeen Presbyterian churches i.i Southland which, in response to an invitation of the Presbytery, sent the opinion of their respective sessions and congregations on the question of church union, only two were against the proposal (o approach the General Assembly villi a request to undertake negotiations with other Congregational churches.
