WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.. MILK SUPPLY, BLOCKING UNDER WAR REGULATIONS. . NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City is divided into the following five blocks, namely— BLOCK. NO. 1. All that part of the City to the north of Aro Street and west of Willis Street and Lambton Quay. This includes Highbury, Kelburn, Northland, Thorndoii, Cloldic's Brue; and Wadestown, but not Onslow. BLOCK NO. 2. All that part of the City lying between the 6ea and l.ambtou Quay, Willis Street, Vivian Street, Austin • Street, and the Town Belt from behind Stafford Street to the. Oriental Bay Tea Kiosk. This includes lambton Reclamation, Te Aro Flat, and Oriental Bay, and the Wharves and the portion of Mount Victoria slopes below Austin Street. BLOCK NO. 3. This block includes the To Aro Flat, south of Vivian Street, w v est of Woolcombe Street,, and north of Webb Street, and all the City to the soutli of the Basin Reserve, and east of Mount Cook, Wo"'*'' o Street, and of tho adjoining Town Belt. : It -includes all Newtown, Berhampore, Island Bay, Melrose, Mornington, Kilbirnie, Hataitai, and Roseneatii. BLOCK NO. i. This block includes all Mitchelltown and the portion of the City south of Aro Street, Webb Street, and Buckle Street, ami west of Moiuit Cook, and oxtends to the boundary of the Town licit and to Brooklyn. , .' BLOCK NO. 5. . . . This block includes Brooklyn, Filchettown, Vogeltown, and Mornington. These blocks are coloured as follows on the record plan in the City Engineer's Office:— 1. Edged green. 2.
