This block includes the To Aro Flat, south of Vivian Street, w v est of Woolcombe Street,, and north of Webb Street, and all the City to the soutli of the Basin Reserve, and east of Mount Cook, Wo"'*'' o Street, and of tho adjoining Town Belt. : It -includes all Newtown, Berhampore, Island Bay, Melrose, Mornington, Kilbirnie, Hataitai, and Roseneatii. BLOCK NO. i. This block includes all Mitchelltown and the portion of the City south of Aro Street, Webb Street, and Buckle Street, ami west of Moiuit Cook, and oxtends to the boundary of the Town licit and to Brooklyn. , .'
