CHINESE DELEGATES REFUSE TO SIGN

The United Press Paris correspondent states that the Chinese delegates have refused to sign the Pence Treaty because they were not allowed to mate reservations concerning the disposition of Shan-tung.—Aus.-N.i?. Cable Assn. BLOCKADE TO CONTINUE TILL TREATY IS RATIFIED (Rec. June 29, 5.5 p.m.) London, June 27. The blockade of Germany will continue until the Treaty has been ratified. The Treaty will be. considered complete when it has bean ratified by three of the Powers. It is anticipated that its submission to the United 'States Senate will involve delay, whereas the Treaty will be speedily ratified' by England, France, and Italy.—Aus.-N.Z. Oable Assn. THE STONING EPISODE AT VERSAILLES FRENCH OFFICIALS CASHIERED. • Paris, June 19. As the outcome of the stoning episode at Versailles, JI. Chalier, Prefect of the Seine, and M.
