COLLEGE GOVERNORS

Tlie Board of Governors of Wellington College and Girls' High Mcliool met yesterday morning. Mr. W. P. Ward was re-elected chairman of tho board. Two hundred pupils had signified their wish to join. Mr.'F. Martvn Kenner, on behalf of the stall' of the Boys' Cullckc, forwarded t'oi the consideration of the board a pamphlet entitled "The Status and_ Pay of Secondary School Teacheis iti New /eaiftud." Mr. Kenner wrote Ih.'it a mectiug' of the staff had approved the recomuiendntions for improved salaries and a grading scheme as set forth in t.lio pamphlet, and had decided to ask the board whether it could add its approval...
