London, June 17. In consequence of the colour riots, the Government- has dccided to. repa'trinte quickly-the aliens' who'-came to Britain tor war work.' 'These, are principally Scandinavian agriculturists and -munitioners, and Chinese labourers. Tho negroes, being mostly British snbjects, cannot be deported, but will be offered a tree passage and a gratuity if .they content to depart.—"The Times."
