FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT t P.M. YESTERDAY, Present indications are for southerly breezes veering to increasing weßterlinß and northcrlies. Weather changeable, but cloudy and unsettled conditions aro likely to prevail again shortly, especially in all Ihe western districts. Baro-1 meter fall everywhere soon. Tho disturabuce which yesterday was centred off East. Cape is now located in the vicinity ot the Chatham Islands.
