HATAITAI CLUB. . Mr. M'Whannell (president} occupied the cliair at tho annual meeting of tlio Hatnitni SowHnp Club, held in the club's pavilion on Wednesday evening. There were between 40 and 50 members present, which was considered a good attendance, cdnsiderin; the'state of the wenther. The annual report fas already published) was adopted without alteration. The officers elected were: President, Mr. .T. Cheeseman; directors, Messrs. C. E. Boimett and A. S. Gyles; secretary, Mr. George TTowdry (re-elected); treasurer. Mr. H. A. Ward; match committee, Messrs. W. Tonne and T. D. Johnson; hou. auditor, Mr. H. W. Edwards: sole selector, Mr. 11. J, Barnes.
