FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications tire for strong southerly winds and cold, changeable, and showery weather. The barometer has a. rising tendency in tho north, but is unsteady, and is likely to fall again shortly in the south. Tho centre of a disturbance is in evidence off • East Capo, and high south to KOUth-ea»t winds have ruled with -cold and stormy conditions.
