Commentators attribute the fall'- of Signor Orlando firstly to tho agitation of tho Socialists, who declare that despite the victory the war has ruined Italy; secondly, to the Nationalist movement caused by President Wilson's message in regard to Frame; thirdly, to the slowness of the Peace Conference and tho impolitic attitude adopted towards Italy, whose territorial claims in the Adriatic, Asia Minor, and Africa are still unsettled. —lioiiter.' ...
