The men stopped him, "Hoys," he said, "you must shoot me in order to prevent mo from lowering this flag. The men later tore-the flags into shreds and brought them to the captain. . Admiral Leygues admitted that the men were badly fed and had not seen their homes for four years. He claimed that the trouble was due to Bolshevik propaganda, —United Service. .
