"Wars being: made by the rulin? capitalist class and fought, principally, by the working class, we oppose war, conscription, militarism, and tho aggressive policy of financiers and Imperialists, and support a Parliament of Nations, on' which there shall bo Labour delegates from all countries, to arbitrate upon all international disputes. Tho decisions of this tribunal shall form the basis of international law; . practical steps shall be takon towards total disarmament, and the promotion of international good will, friendship, and jience."—Auckland West Branch. "That wo demand the restoration of full civil rights to all objectors to military service."—Palmorston North S.D.P.
