THE above ELLEN STEWART died I intisiate on Juno IG, 1918, and was I a daughter of Patrick Hundley and Catherine Handley (nee Cooney/; The I deceased came lo Sydney,' New South Wales, in about the year 1881, and it is believed at that lime there were living her brothers, James Handley, of Papitoito, iieau Auckland, and Michael Handley, of the Thames River, New Zealand, and her sisters, Annie Kay, the wife of Thomas Ray, who, it is believed, was at the time in New Zealand, and Mary Hrentuall. Tho said Ellen Stewart died intestate wit limit issue, and her husband, John Fleming Stewart, predeceased her, The said Mary Brontnall is resident in New South Wales, and Letters of Administration to the Ks|ate of the said Ellen Stewart, deceased, were granted to her by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in its Probate Jurisdiction, on January 20, 1919.
