At tho next meeting of the City Council, Councillor C. H. Chapman will move:—"That applications be invited trom hawkers and others for allotment of stands for sale of commodities on tho Market Reserve, between Dixon Street and Manners Street (opposite kings Theatre). That the By-laws Committee frame regulations dealing with such allotments ; to provide for cleanliness, management, number of stands to be allotted, and rent for same."
