MURDERS OF SOLDIERS
IN OCCUPIED GERMAN TERRITORIES. - \ (Reo. Juno 22, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, June 12. Reports stale that isolated murders of French and American soldiers in the occupied German territories nre becoming serious. Gangs waylay the men,and stab them-in the back or sandbag them. Drastic action is being adopted to deal ivitli these outrages, which are in marked contrast with the general German policy, which shows extreme mildness and friendliness, girls especially seeking to fraternise with ai\d demoralise the troops.— The "Times."
