Part, of tho Navy has returned to Toulon, still under comploto control of the mutineers. It' is understood that tho flagship, on which tho Admiral was taken prisoner, turned her guns upon tho Toulon l'orts and tho men threatened to fire if their demands were not granted. It is believed that these events aim chiefly at securing quick demobilisation—United Service.- . ■ |'A cablo message from Paris published yesterday stated that a mutiny in tho .French fleet in the Baltic, owing to Bolshevism, was suppressed with some casualties. A Vancouver message, stated' tlint French sailors at Brest mutinied, and, carrying a red flag, attempted to storm a gaol and release tlnar comrades.!
