UNION WITH SUBURBAN AREA, By Telegraph—Preßs Association. Thames, June 20. ' The poll taken yesterday, in accordance with-legislation passed last session, on the question of tho residential suburban area under county government, uniting with the Borough of Thames, was carried by a six to one voto. As a re-, suit the borough will now have a population of over 7000. A sewerage loan of 000 for the combined areu will now be placed beforu tno ratepayers. The proposal for rating on unimproved values was also carried by a 6ix to one majority.
