MEETING OF THE COUNCIL.

D.- Crawford wrote complaining of.tho action of some youths-who, he-al-leged,,considered it their- duty when run-jiing-a paper-chase to distribute as much paper on public and private property- as was possible, in the short spaoe of time at their disposal-,'. The-present timetable of the bus did not fit in, with the convenience of tho children.
