Heavy rain with rivera rising on the AYesfc Ooast and southern districts, snow on higher levels. Barometer . falling further everywhere. Threatening northerly winds have ruled with cloudy and inisty Bkies, ond rain in many parts. Atmospheric pressure h&B decreased everywhere. D; G.
