j_ KOLCHAK AND THE ALLIES CONDITIONS FOR RECOGNITION ACCEPTED. Paris, June 0. Admiral Kolchak has accepted the Allies' conditions for the recognition of his Government—Aus.-N'.Z. Cable Assn. fThe Allied Council' of Five agreed to recognise. Admiral Jiolchak on the following conditions:— ( That he immediately convokes a National Assembly, and if an election' is impossible now the Assembly elected under Lenin in 1917 must be summoned. ' That the independence of Finland and Poland must be recognised. That an understanding is given to submit the claims of the Esthonians and' Letts to the League of Nations.!
