9 FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds, backing to increasing northerlies northwards. of Baßt Cape and Kawliia, and northerlies strong to gale shortly elsewhere. Cloudy and unsottied conditions are likely to overspread the country, with, rain following generally. Barometer falling everywhere soon. A small westerly dcprcßeion passed in the south during the week-end, causing vain in the western districts nnd changeable weather generally.
