The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.. Ltd., report having conducted a clearing sale on account of Messrs. Spiers 8r05.,, at the farm, Te Horo, on Juno 9. There was a. good attendance of buyere, and competition was keen throughout the sale, and the results proved nioßt satisfactory to the vendors.
