TO-MORROW'S BIG ATTRACTION. "Soccer" enthusiasts are looking forward to the concluding game of the first round between Institute and Thistle' on the Basin Roserve to-morrow. 'Die Institute team lias met with conspicuous success, having drawn one game and won five, whereas Thistle have only lost one game, that being to Diamonds in tho first match of the season. Since then they have greatly improved, having had continued successes. Comparing the relative morits of the teams. Institute, which is the youngest team in the competition (tho average age of the players being 20 years), are a very clever combination indeed. Their inside men are tricky and their wing men very fast, while their defence is sound, and they are keen on retaining their unbeaten record. Thistle, on the other hand, are more experienced and heavier, but not so speedy, and, of course, are bent on being tho first team to lower, tho Institute colours. Both teams are looking forward with keen anticipation to the game. Patrons are promised a real rousing game, which sjiould be well worth going a, long way to see. Play will commence at 2.45 p.m. Mr. Dawson will bo in charge of the whistle.

The Brooklyn senior team to play against Marist at Kelburn Park to-mor-row afternoon will be selected from the following:—Goffin, Turner, Prain, Leitch, Thomas, Bing, Coward, Loadsman, Walker, Galloway, Bellamy, Smith, and Davis.

The following will represent Marist senioils in their match against. Brooklyn:—K. Haves, E. FitzGcrald, 11. Fit/Gerald, D. Cashman, W. Thomas; A. Casey, H. Carruthers, M. M'Elligott, 11. Marshall, P. Mooney, A. Lowe.

The team to represent Thistle against Institute will be as follow:—Egorton, M'Kenzic, Cunningham, Millar, Keid, M'Goram, Bell, Smith, Frickleton, Hanson. Edwards.
