ARMISTICE CONDITIONS DISCUSSED. (Rec. June 12, 10.50 p.m.) Allahabad, June 11. The armistice is'still being -discussed at Simla. TUe withdrawal of Afghan troops from Paiwar has been commenced. It is presumed that they have received orders regarding the cessation of hostilities.
