JUBILEE CONGRESS. The first session of tho Jubilee Congross of the Salvation Army was held in the Vivian Street Citadel last evening. On Saturday afternoon the best Army bauds in the Dominion will parade, from Thorndon Station. Other public demonstrations referred to in our advertising columns will be held on Sunday and Monday.
