FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong southwest winds and squally and changeable weather, with scattered showers. Barometer rising temporarily. A storm centre-passed in the south during Tuesday night, and high and squally west to south-west winds have ruled. The weather has been unsettled generally, and rain has fallen in many parts. D. C.
