*— FARMERS' UNION COMPETITION. Tho Farmers' Union rifle competition this year has been won by Marlborough, who succeeded in retaining the shield by it margin of two points. The -winning tenm's score -was 5i9 points, Mastortbn being nest with 547, and Gisborne third with a tally of 521, The other scores were; Eketahuna, 521; Gisborne (second team), til; KorercMohipiko, 311.
