They aro being conducted through the wellknown Socialist, Parvus, who is a resident of Switzerland, and who is intimately connected with Schoidemann, Rantzau, and Trotsky. A plan to organise tuo Bolsheviki in most of tho European couutrios, including Turkey and tho Balkans, is being elaborated with a viev to possible eventualities arising out o'f Germany not signing tho Treaty.' SCHEIDEMANN GOVERNMENT WEAKENING DICTATORSHIP PREDICTED. (Rec. June D, 8.5 p.m.) , London, June fi. The "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent states that owing to domestic quarrels tho Scheidomann Government is weakening every; hour. "It is significant that the Majority and Independent Socialists supported tho Communists of Berlin (the Workers' Council) in protesting against Levine's oxeoution. lUie Majority Socialists meet at Weimar on Tuesday. Ifc_ is believed that they are anxious to rid themselves of the bourgeoise element which is behind tho Government and the military influence which is increasingly apparent in the administration.
